How many workspaces can I create?

Free accounts get 1 workspace. Pro and Max plans include unlimited workspaces.

How does billing work?

One subscription on your platform account covers all workspaces you own. Manage billing from the Billing page.

Can I preview NexusDesk before signing up?

Yes — visit the /production preview workspace to explore a demo portal, tickets, and wiki.

How do I connect Discord notifications?

In your workspace admin, go to Discord, invite the bot, then configure notification rules per channel.

What are ticket preset packs?

Preset packs are ready-made category sets for community servers, dev servers, or general support — load them from Admin → Presets.

How do I delete a workspace?

Workspace owners can request deletion from Admin → Settings. There is a 7-day grace period before permanent removal.

What wiki limits apply?

Free: 2 pages. Pro: 50 pages. Max: unlimited.
