When you sign in with Discord, we receive your Discord ID, email, display name, and avatar. We store workspace data you create, including tickets, messages, and wiki content.

2. How we use information

We use your information to operate the Service, authenticate users, deliver notifications, process subscriptions, and improve the platform.

3. Discord integration

If you connect a Discord server, we store guild identifiers and channel configuration needed to send notifications. We do not sell Discord data to third parties.

4. Payment data

Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

5. Data retention

We retain data while your account or workspace is active. Deleted workspaces are removed after the scheduled deletion period. Upload attachments may expire per plan limits.

6. Your rights

You can download a copy of your personal data anytime from Your data while signed in. You may also request correction or deletion by contacting the platform operator. EU/UK users may have additional rights under applicable law.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect data, but no system is completely secure.
