1. Acceptance

By accessing or using NexusDesk ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

NexusDesk provides community support tooling including ticket management, Discord integrations, wikis, and related features. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

3. Accounts

You must sign in with Discord to use the Service. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Discord account secure.

4. Workspaces

Workspace owners are responsible for content, moderation, and compliance within their communities. Free accounts are limited to one workspace unless upgraded.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for unlawful activity, harassment, spam, malware distribution, or attempts to disrupt the platform or other users.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe to your platform account. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel via the billing portal.

7. Workspace deletion

Owners may request workspace deletion with a 7-day grace period. After that period, data may be permanently removed.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
